1. About these terms

These terms govern access to this public PetOS website. They do not govern use of the PetOS software platform, which will be subject to a separate signed customer agreement. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

2. Website content

We aim to keep public information accurate and clear. Product descriptions, screenshots, roadmaps, availability statements and pricing may change as PetOS develops. A written proposal or signed customer agreement will control if it differs from this website.

3. Product availability and pricing

Published UAE prices are monthly starting points and exclude applicable taxes. The authoritative plan, price, tax and billing terms are shown before checkout. Production-gated and planned capabilities may be limited, changed or not released. We will confirm implementation and integration requirements in writing.

4. AI and care boundaries

Descriptions of AI features refer to assisted drafts and operational support. PetOS AI is not veterinary advice and must not be used to diagnose, prescribe, conceal incidents or make care-eligibility decisions. Authorized people remain responsible for review and approval.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it at harmful volume, impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to provide.

6. Intellectual property

The website, brand, design, copy, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to PetOS and are protected by applicable laws. You may view the website for legitimate business evaluation, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

7. Third-party links

Third-party links may be provided for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this public website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
